These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales by SJR Garage Equipment (“we”, “our”, “us”), a trading brand of SJR Garage Equipment Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number: 757842).

1. Definitions

“Customer” means the purchaser of goods or services from us.

“Goods” means any products we supply.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability.

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

4. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (goods must be unused and in original packaging).

Special-order items may be non-refundable unless defective.

5. Warranty

Goods are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

We do not accept liability for consequential or indirect losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
